What should you know about me before we work together?

Some of my clients call me a horse whisperer, but I like to think of it more like a leadership whisperer. I’m lucky that I’ve found a way to combine a lifetime of horse experience with oodles of leadership development training to help people truly see themselves and embrace their unique gifts and way of being and getting things done. 

There’s a lot to know about me and a lot I want to know about you. I’m excited to talk with you and put our heads together.

I’m a bit quiet and quirky and I embrace it. Which means we’ll have heartfelt talks, meaningful silences, fits of laughter, and maybe a glass of wine as we do this transformational work together. I want to learn, achieve, and grow together. But most of all, I want us to have a good time while we do it. 

I’ve worked on large, complex financial transactions in a previous life in investment banking, I earned an MBA, I’ve built and rebranded my own business and I’ve led comprehensive strategic branding processes and roll-outs for large companies, and I’ll use all of this know-how to help you figure out your business strategy. 

I’m also a coach and facilitator certified in many modalities, so I take you and your vision and how you want to get there seriously.

We’ll do this work in a judgement and stress-free container. We’ll get curious. You’ll hear me say, “there are no dumb ideas!” and “all feelings are ok!” and “what’s another way we can look at this?” a lot. We’re going to co-create a brand and business that you can lead & build confidently.
